I wasn't sure where to post this, tech support or here so i'm sorry if i'm wrong.

I can't buy anything, it comes up with a message saying "can't recieve the information from Xbox Live" and gives me a status number i guess i'm ment to track on xbox.com or something. Has anyone else got this / had this?
I have tryed turning on and off my console, unplugging and replugging to the internet, that hasn't worked. It also doesn't seem to be like a timed thing because this has been going on for about three days now.

Although I can't buy I can load money onto it, i've put 1500 MS points and a 1 month, it seems happy to TAKE my money but not spend it, it's rediculous. Really got to me because I bought a new game and ms points to play the DLC and it tells me I can't download the stuff, really ruined my time off work.

Any help is really appreciated.

Maybe it's just a select few that are having this problem and hopefully it'll be fixed soon. I just don't understand why MS support over the phone wouldn't just tell me this.

Yeah, I've tried changing my gamer tag and buying gamer pictures and an error code comes up every time. I guess its an M$ problem?

corrupT, out of interest to see if my xbox problems are connected with each other. Do new achievements for games load when you look at your own played games? Because they don't load for me, the only way I can view new achievements for games are if I compare my games to another person.
Examples of new achievements games: GoW 2, CoD5, Fable 2.

If you don't play any of them don't worry about it, I was just curious.

I haven't tried, but I'll look today. I have CoD5.
