network connection problem?

my network connection is so slow right now.does anyone now a way to speed it up.i use a router to an go on my computer the same i use my xbox live.i dont know if that is what making so slow.

i also use a router and i have never had any problems with speed. However, i do not know a way to speed it up. My only problem with XBC is that i can almost never get into halo 1 games. Sorry i couldnt be more help.
