I've realized that a lot of people have network problems with xbc and xlink... if anyone have any problem i gladly will help you...

alright heres my problem: i got my xbox connected to xbc and it says its found thats not the problem its when i go to sytem link in Halo 1 and right when the game is about to start it says i fail to load or something like that for every game im about to play in so what is the problem?

That happen to me once man, xbc says console found, but can't join any game....

That's what i did man....

I went to my router settings, and in that place, i changed my ip adress, i changed to not allow any aplications, and then go to dhcp mode, and it asigned to me a new public ip....

Certainly i have dhcp in my computer.... dhcp is a mode where your pc opens all the ports to the internet.... i don't recommend you man because it's too risky if you don't know how to protect your pc.... i have that because i closed some windows services in services.msc and configured properly my antivirus.... then i have no virus and no spywares on my pc....

The problem man can be solved, then in two ways.....

one... reinstall the program sometimes it goes wrong..... (and when reinstalled check what kind of transfer type do you have... can be async os or vsync os, or something like that..... it means ignore the operative system, or not ignore it).... check whatever configuration in your program go well... but if there is not a problem, then with reinstall the program should work ok....


two.... check your router configuration.... what kind of router do you have???.... i need more information to help you properly, and give you instructions.....

ok my problem is that when i click on XBC it says Error Contacting master server or server is down or something like that but yea i have H2Ce and i did play on XBC but now when i moved my computer around it somehow messed up i ftp my xbox all the time and i am conected but it still says that ??

sorry for the big delay i wasn't here a lot of problems in home... maybe you should check your options, in the upper side of the windows go to options, and check in the window option that you have unchecked the keep game locked.... that's a default option of the program i don't know why but it came by default....

Maybe that's the problem..... sorry man for the delay it will not happen again...

If that's not the problem please tell me.... i will answer the faster i can...
