Also if you have a router, the most common thing is that the router has an internal firewall.... try to turn it out accesing your DNS server...
To access to your DNS server you need to know the direction of your DNS server....
Go to Command Prompt (in run, type CMD) and in command prompt type ipconfig /all and it will show you all the information you need, ping, DNS, etc.... in your web browser, like firefox, iexplorer, etc, type the direction of your DNS... 198.xx.xx.xx or whatever it be.... then you must be able to access to your DNS server... if you can't do it on your web browser you may do it on command prompt... all depends how older is your router....
In DNS you can deactivate your router internal firewall...
If you have Windows XP Service Pack 2, Also try to deactivate the internal firewall (if you are using xbc) or open the ports to the program.... if you are using xbox live... with the deactivating of the internal router firewall will be enough...
YOu can change your ip and deactivate your router firewall on the DNS server... that must solve the problem.... any question man, send to me and i will gladly help you .... i have a lot of experience on this problem....
same stuff again man... you don't need to make a lot of threads of the same stuff.... just check the previous you made.... any question i repeat i may help you.... but first try the things i'm saying.... and after that tell me what happens.... gladly will help you
