Did you access to your DNS server....

the thing is that there is little differences between one router to another...

Mine is 2wire, and i have a DSL connection of 1024 DL, and 256 UL... what is yours... and i will help you...

the reason for not having internet service, is because you didn't write your password...

Access again your DNS server to write your password and you will have internet again...

is different in all the routers... if you give me your router name i will explain how to do it in your especific router....

In mine, by example.... when i write my DNS server on firefox or internet explorer, or even in windows explorer.... then that access my self on a homeportal, the one from my router... and then i go to firewall configuration, and then i go to allow all the aplications to acces from my computer (DHCP mode)... but like i said i know how to do it in almost every router... because i've experimented with almost all the possible problems.... sorry again for delaying, i will try to answer to you the sooner i can...

By the way if you have internet connection in more than one computer, maybe the another computer is blocking yours from accesing xbc.... please i need more explanation to help you...

Tell what kind of router you use...

how do you have your xbox connected...

how many computers do you have connected on your router...

And what is your internet connection speed... if you know it if you don't... tell me and i will tell you how to test it...
