Posts: 628  | Hey, I was just wondering if anybody here had some solutions to why my XBC cannot find my console. And please, don't give me a link back to the XBC site.

Posts: 1,168   | Ok turn on your xbox and go to system link. Let it sit there. Go to your computer and then do the thing to make it search for your system.

Posts: 628 | Yeah..I've tried that it doesn't work. I've also tried fowarding the ports but that doesn't work.

Posts: 438 | Connect your xbox to your router, and then connect your router to your pc.... And anyway if you aren't on the system link screen, where appears create game.... your xbc will never find your console.... you need to be on that screen ... lol...

Posts: 1,677  | u need to open ports and there is a tutorial on the xbc site, I know u said not to be redirected there but every possible reason that ur xbox isnt seen by ur computer is listed there. By the way, u need to make sure ur xbox is in a LAN with ur pc, unlike xbox live where they can be comepletely seperate.
