Well, I figured out yesterday that most of the time I want to play XBC, I have to re-forward my ports. It is never on the correct IP Address when I start playing, and once I do it, I can connect to anyone.

So, I recommend that your port is forwarded to the correct IP, and here is how you can find the correct IP [this works for me, at least].

Start > Run > cmd

Then, type "ipconfig /all".

Then, forward your port to the number given on that screen that says "IP Address".

So, hopefully my dilemma is shared with other people, and now that can be fixed.
