Posts: 99 | lol, I think I changed my mind and will probably give the k81dj's a go. Do they differ much from the k518dj's? I figure if that doesn't cover the bass for me, I'll save up for a nice DT770/amp setup. I just keep hearing that the K81dj's are a nice pop/rap headphone and don't over do it on the bass like the DT770 might do. Preferably I'd like some closed big around the ear cans, kinda like the V6's I have.

Posts: 14,139  | The only difference between the two is cosmetic. K81dj's are silver and the K581dj's are black. Read the review I posted, it'll give you an idea if they're what you're looking for or not.

I'm between a Samsung P2 8gb, iPod Nano 8gb 3rd Gen, iPod 80gb Black Classic, or the HD555's I got about a 250-275 budget. So I wanted the HD555's and the nano or something.
