if you scroll down the page a little it will show a mic that you can add for 10 dollers. if i add this mic will it work for xbox live? if not is their a mic that would allow me to not have to do it the ghetto way and sling the mic around my neck?

also i beleive that the astro mixamps are given out at events, would the ad700's be able to work with the mixamp?

There are no details on the connector. It would need to be a headset style connector not a regular 1/8th.

Got a question...I need some new headphones that'll actually stay in my ears or on my ears while running/working out. All I have right now is the iPod buds and they tend to fall out every few seconds while running and it's really annoying. I'd like to spend less than $50 on a pair if possible. Any recommendations?

Has anyone here tryed the new turtle beach headset (the x4's) that just came out? I'm wondering if they are as good as they look. I believe that the majority of the competitive gaming community thinks that the turtle beach brand sucks... which i believe is rightfully so lol. But anyway I was wondering if the x4's are actually good and whether they can compete with the astro a40's (the mlg headset). I think that most people believe the astros are the best gaming headset out there right now (and yes i said gaming headset and not just headphones). But the new turtle beach set looks fairly good. The astro a40's w/ the mixamp are $250 and the new tb x4's are $200. Let me know what u guys think. k thx

I need some help. I want to get some pretty nice headphones strictly for music, (I have no interest in using them for gaming at all) to be used with my iPod, laptop, etc. I really know nothing about them or how much "good" ones cost, but I am willing to spend some money. I looked over the first post a little but it would be great if someone could just recommend some to me based on what I said in this post. I can answer any questions to help narrow down which ones would be the best for me. Thanks.
