I've only heard the K240 Sextetts, but I loved their sound signature. Very old fashioned sound.

So... anyone want to buy my amp and LOD?

Do they have gold or silver rings on the side? If gold, they're pretty decent yeah. If silver, they're f*cking awesome.

in ears yet open? that sounds like good ol earbuds to me. i heard good things about yuin pk1's and 2's, the 2's being in your price range. Although ive also heard that 10 dollar JVC Gumy's rival the soundstage of the pk2's a great deal.

decisions decisions.

In ear and open is pretty much impossible. Unless as Steggy said you get the "ear bud" types, like the iPod headphones. Yuin PK2 are in your price range. I hear good things about Audio Technica CM7's too.

but yea, like i said, people rave about the quality of jvc gumys compared to pk2s. but idk, i suppose the pk2s will have a better build and will last longer though. and the gumys were never said to be better, just pretty high up there.
