well i have a 8'' head lol. ill be looking for those ad700 and denon d1000

the ad700 look like the one walshy uses and those denon's look sweet.

I just got some senn hd555 and I was wondering if there was any way u can raise or lower the volume for them? is the any mixer or amp good with tv's and xbox 360? or am I stuck with the volume setting.

I'd use a receiver.

A cheap CMoy would do the trick. It'll be easier to work with if you don't already have a receiver.

I don't know if you can get these in America, but a volume attenuator would be even easier.

I'd still recommend a reciever that has optical support.. 360 analog is beyond horrid..

The 360 is horrid as a source, period lol. If he doesn't have a receiver already, it'd probably be easier just to get a CMoy as they're really small and easy to setup.

That is true.. I used it as a transport for my DAC1, & couldn't believe how awful it sounded.. Very tiny, hollow, sound sounded closed & anorexic.
