Depends on your budget. I've never really found that HD595s improve very much when amped though.

If you want a portable amp, the Corda 2Move is very good:

Click amplifiers on the left. Jan Meier is an excellent person to deal with also; his service is excellent.

The Arietta would sound better than the 2Move as it's a home amp. But obviously you wouldn't be able to take it anywhere.

edit: just remembered. Sennheiser's love tube amps. They synergize very very well. This amp:

Well Scott, I ordered the DT 880's and they are supposed to arriving on Monday so hopefully they will be excellent. I've been looking forward to getting these beasts for a while now; I hope they don't disappoint.

They're good, just remember they'll never be their best unless you get a headphone amp. But that's the case with pretty much all headphones between $300 with a couple of exceptions.
