They were definitely a big program in the 80's. We all know who dominated the ACC in the 90's and early 00's, so there's not much for them to say that decade or so. I wouldn't refer to them as a BIG TIME program like Oklahoma or USC, but you know what I meant.

When I think of Clemson I think of the team that can't win the BIG game.
