I'm hoping that NL's Rookie of the year (Soto) and AL's Rookie of the year (Longoria) meet in the World Series... that would be sick.

Those are just predictions of course, but as of right now it's happening.

I mean, so many people could make it:

• Aramis Ramirez
• Derek Lee [maybe not this year]
• Kosuke Fukudome
• Giovanni Soto
• Mark DeRosa
• Alfonso Soriano

All of them could easily make it.

Well for sure I know that

• Kosuke Fukudome
• Giovanni Soto
• Alfonso Soriano

are all going to be starting unless the MLB Commission overturns Soriano as a started cause he is not yet eligible. I know that Lee could be a back up, Theriot could be a back up, and if Marmol OR Wood make it then that would be sweet. I don't think Z has good enough stats this year and if Dempster had at least one win on the road and better road stats that he would have a chance. Aramis is an I'm not sure... I mean it's hard to say because of other 3rd basemen.. he should though... and he should win the Pepsi Cluth Performer of the month award.

So basically, I just want to say that the All-Star game and the voting is a sham. If Jason Varitek wins the Catcher position for the AL, I'll seriously go crazy. He is HORRIBLE. I don't care that he plays for the Red Sox, he is horrible. Anyone that hits .122 in the month of June doesn't deserve to go to the All-Star game, not even as a Reserve.

And David Ortiz as the leading vote getter? Are you sh.tting me? .252 Average and only 54 games played? How in the hell is that just? The fact that 75% of these guys get into the All-Star game based on their team and their name disgusts me.

I can agree. The way I want them to make an All-Star voting is that you vote by MONTH. You only vote by how that player performs in the month and add all the months together. Otherwise your not voting Derek Lee in March when he batting .402 and then he's leading into June and now he's hitting .190. I mean they should do more on the voting system. And I wish we could vote on who we wanted to see in the HR Derby, which is on my birthday(July 14th)!

Yeah, like a good old A-Rod. What an asshole, be a fans player for once and do something for them. It's the last All-Start game at Yankee Stadium. I mean if he wins it then it will be remembered at one of the great HR Derby's, but nope... he has to be concerned about "His performance." In my own opinion, I think he's a stuck up b..ch.
