Kobe is a d.ck, when you have a big league like this there is no reason to go jawing off at the other team, especially AI after you fouled him. That's messed up.

Stop being such a hater, it's ok to be jealous when you don't have the best basketball player in the world in your team but damn stop with the name calling.

BTW happy 2nd anniversary Kobe, It's been 2 years since you dropped 81 and easily one of the best individual performances in league history. Damn it's good to be a Lakers fan, We get to see one of the best of all time play night in and night out.

Kobe Bryant is not the best basketball player in the world, and not even in the top 10 best players of all time.

And I call them like I see them.

Name your Top 10. I'm curious to see who you place above Kobe Bryant. Oh, and Kobe is the best in the world. If he keeps it up, he will win the MVP award this season.

Anyways, last night's game between the Lakers and the Nuggets was amazing. Kobe proved he doesn't have to shoot the J 40 times to have the Lakers win the game. 17 points, 11 assists, 5-7 shots. His passes were just amazing and it was very entertaining to see players like Turiaf and Fisher have a good game, especially D. Fish. He was shooting the 3-point shot like he was throwing the ball into the lake. He couldn't miss. Next game is against San Antonio. Hopefully the Lakers can come off the win against the Nuggets with high hopes and do what they did again to the Spurs.

So the numbers that Kobe has put up is nothing? His 81 points isn't that important? His 35.1 ppg is nothing? His countless amount of game-winning shots are nothing? His comparison to the greatest basketball player that ever played the game is nothing?

I would put Kobe in the Top 5 Greatest. He has solidified himself statistically.

81 points in a game is amazing, but it's not important enough to make him top ten al time material. God it's quite tiring to hear people say omg he scored 81 pts agains the Raptors that makes him the best all time.....stupid. It's like the College team that scored over 200 pts in a game, I bet you don't even know their name. When it comes down to it, it's one game, and it's one unimportant game against a "then" terrible Raptor team. 35.1 ppg in one season that his team didn't even make it past the first round of the playoffs if they made it is sure great. Fact of the matter is that Kobe Bryant hasn't made as many game winning shots as Chauncy Billups and I would rather have Chauncy take the GW field goal than Kobe, he is the ultimate clutch along with Reggie Miller and Rob.

What I was saying is that he is not better than any of the players I named and if you think otherwise than your just proving the already obvious point that Kobe Bryant is horribly overrated esp. by his fans. No doubt he's good, but he's not the best or relatively near it of all time.

FACT: If Shaq wasn't with the Lakers they wouldn't have won a single title.

This isn't exactly recent(4/16/06), but Chauncey Billups has 5 "game-winning" shots. Though, Kobe has only 2 more "game-winners" than him. Also, no NBA team should ever allow 81 points from one NBA player and for you to say that it was just the Raptors just proves that you are blinded by your hate for Kobe to see the history behind his feat. The Raptors tried the whole game to defend Kobe, but it was to no avail. Kobe adjusted every time the defense adjusted to him and he kept bring it.

35.1 ppg is a big deal. Just because his team didn't do well doesn't downgrade that amazing statistic. His team wasn't shooting up to his expectations and he had the mindset to go out and score that many points because he is a winner. Even Coach Phil Jackson has come out to say that he wants Kobe to score that many points because even Jackson knows that the Lakers can only win through Kobe. Only Wilt and Jordan(I think) have had a better season and that's saying something. For a player to go out and score that much points a game every night is phenomenal.

Now, I am not saying that Kobe is better than everyone on that list because 1-on-1, Kobe would probably be schooled by some of those players, but statistically, Kobe has put himself above a lot of those legends. That's why he is compared to MJ because he is that damn good.

I also applaud the Lakers GM on trading Shaq. In the long term, it was the best decision.
