saying the lakers will "maybe" be in the playoffs is ridiculous. theyll be one of the better teams in the west cuz kobe aint going nowhere and the young players will only get better. so if anything theyll get deeper in the playoffs.

and even though the celtics have been on fire as of late their record doesnt impress me much cuz the east is so weak and theyve only played about 4 games out west, so they dont travel much. beating the lakers twice and maybe the struggling rockets are their only impressive wins. theyll be tested when they play the upper echelon teams out west and the pistons the few teams they play in the regular season. but that still doesnt show that they contend with the elite teams in a 7 game series. so the pistons will beat the celtics out in a 7 game series to advance to the finals. the magic is the only other good team in the east whereas the west is still deep with good teams.

and btw i wont be posting much cuz my computer at home fu.ked up I think it got a virus or something lol. so I'll post sometimes from school till I get it repaired or a replacement which is soon.

portland in a sick double ot game. the blazers are ballin right now and they are definitely the surprise team of the league thus far. I said it before and I'll say it again theyll be one of the better teams in the league in about 2-3 years.

The Western Conference has been hella good so far this season. Even better than previous seasons, I am very surprised of how close so many teams are even for the no. 1 seed. Hell even the Hornets and Blazers are not far off from the number 1 spot. Very exciting stuff, hope it keeps up. Hope I could say the same for the very weak EC lol.

even though the Grizzlies have a bad record I know they'll put a challenge for the Laker tonight, but I'm pretty sure they'll win. Tomorrows game against the Hornets on the other hand will be a bigger challenge.

The LA Lakers will just blow the Grizzlies out. Look what they did to the Pacers? They let them get close in the beginning, but in the end, the Lakers killed them by 16 points(?). The Lakers just have to get everyone involved and that includes Andrew Bynum. Kobe has to slash to the basket and if he has the shot, he should take it, but if not, he just oops it to Bynum or kicks it to his perimeter shooters aka Fisher, Radmanovic(sp?), etc. Still, any blowout by the Lakers is an exciting one
