Even though we were in the lead by three, we still managed to let them score two choppy goals.. Good thing is that we won the game, but damn it, I hate it when they do that. Anyway, we are now 1 point away from being first in the east. GO HABSSSSS GOOO !

Anyone catch the Wild-Blues game today? Pretty boring 3 periods of hockey, but the Shootout went to maybe 7 rounds, and the Wild pulled out another victory. Burns is the hero a 2nd day in a row. The Wild really need to make a run and pull away in the Northwest, it's way too tight.

I watched the entire Sabres Leafs game last night. Let me tell you it was one of the most exciting 1 goal games I have ever seen. You'd think it was a totally defensive game, but it wasn't. There was so many offensive chances, I lost count, but it just goes to show Ryan Miller is a total beast in net!

Sabres are 8-0-2 in their last 10 games. WTF!!! LOL!

I'm loving this right now.

Next in line to surpass in the rankings is Philly, to get to 6th place. I have a feeling Buffalo is going to make it to the top 4 by the beginning of the playoffs, but I'm not sure if they can surpass Ottawa or Montreal. Montreal's been playing pretty well as of recently, but Ottawa has been sucking major ....! They basically just need to leave Gerber in net, because Emery is horrible!

Coincidence or not, I was surfing on nhl.com this morning, checking the standings and sh.t. Then I stumped on Buffalo's last 10 games record. = Pretty god damn impressive, really. My habs have been struggling these last few games so I'm glad to see they got a +2 yesterday against the Panthers.

They have the most intense schedule in the NHL this month. 15 games in 29 days is a little bit intense! Plus, a majority of them are home games, so we have a huge chance here in the next couple weeks to do some damage to the standings if we desire.
