Seeing as there no natural (bodily) alternative form of human reproduction other than that which takes place between a man and a woman, I'm wondering how exactly one can dispose of the natural attraction between the two. An attraction that fades, from what I've seen, with bad experiences that come with the opposite sex. I'm not using that as a blanket statement; it's truth that people I've known from different walks of life have actually "chosen" to be gay. Can someone relate an experience of their own or one that came from a friend that disproves this? That it was something other than a choice? Chances are, they can't check their DNA for answers; it's more of a mental coming to be. Is it a disposable idea that before coming of age, some general attraction between opposite sexes is there? Going further, that children are born with natural innocence unless swayed by sinners? You want an image of naturalness and purity, look at a child.

Going with what I said at first, there are no means of reproduction between members of the same sex; it isn't natural. There likely aren't any pheromones that compliment attraction and are coded in the human genome to supplement attraction. It seems to be on an "it is what it is" basis, right in our genetic makeup.

In this situation you're dealing with someone who is obviously attracted to both sexes. He/she has a bad experience with the opposite sex and decides to give up on relationships with them. Who you choose to have relationships with is a choice; attraction is not. You cannot force yourself to magically become attracted to the same sex. I don't believe the attraction fades; your desire to have relationships does.

I've never heard of a situation where a completely straight male just "decides" to be gay.


First off; yes it is. Oral sex between a male and a female has no means of reproduction either, yet it's natural. Masturbation too.

And, even if it wasn't natural, what's your point? Almost everything in your life today "isn't natural."
