WHAT!? Marism and Darwinism can't be more unrelated. Marixism implies that everyone is basically equal, while the Darwin line of thought lends the belief that only the strong survive (you know, like capitalism).
And, if I recall, Great Britain was the first nation to widely accept Darwin's teachings as fact, and teach it in public school.
Communists NEED to be atheist to survive. The reason this is so, is that in order for a communist government to operate, they need the people to have absolutely no alligence higher than the state; and it's precisely for that reason that communism has failed so horribly. The Soviets were heavily religous (like I said earlier, Orthodox Catholic).

Right - I totally understand that. My point is that atheists don't ask for blessings from god, and the Pope. Castro specifically asked the Pope to visit him, and to have god bless him and his country. That doesn't sound like the words of a true atheist. But, it does sound like the words of a political leader, if you get my drift.
