I am a Christian. None of those things listed apply to me. What offends me is the fact that you'd immediately assume that those 10 (or at least most of those 10 things) apply to all Christians.

Why hello, let me introduce myself, my name is Christian. But in regards to your post I didn't generalize anything. You only perceive that I did. I doubt that I would be giving this list to a muslim or a jew, simply because the list addresses christianity, and thus the topic of my thread addresses Christian. Other religions are free to look at their pleasure. Now whether the list applies to you I don't know, my topic doesn't imply that sentiment your own mind is the cause of that.

When you make a title called "LOL for Christians" then you ARE generalizing wether you see it or not.

And a generalization used for Christians would not really work because almost all of the people who call themselves Christians are actually not true believers.

However, I did find some of those statements above to be humorous.

Still you refuse to get it. Let me simplify it. The interpretation of the title is totally left up to the reader. Life is subjective therefore your own perspective defines what you see, hear and read. Not anything that I say. By your logic if you use any noun you are generalizing.

My title in other words

"If you consider yourself a Christian, read."

Therefore it works, now if you do or don't believe that is not for me to judge, I never said this is for believing christians or heretics. Once again your mind misconstrues the message.

Great post. Controversy is what helps strengthen faiths, or help people realize that the faith they once knew was not the one they wanted to follow. Some people have been brought up to be Christian, others have made the concious choice. I particularily like #4. Always much to debate about that topic.
