Funny how you can say you can look at things through different perspectives but in saying I shouldn't "generalize" (an act I never did, you did that for me) you only look through one.

My words aren't my own, and once you have read them they have become yours. You determine the tacid meanings and the implied concepts. Unfortunatly, you seemed to imagine/think I generalized all Christian's to be these 10 points. However, I've already explained I didn't I have given my reasons, other people have given reason and still you seem to think you can apply your percieved meaning into my thoughts. Not all Christians believe every word in the bible but if I were to make a thread about a passage from that book and said "to Christians" would that still be generalizing, I don't know if they actually believe in the bible, and with the many different sects the likliness of that is slim but I choose an audiance which the thread relates to, an audiance which is purportidly knowlagable in that paticular area.

I'm sure this is a concept you are not getting but I'll still keep trying.

What I want you to admit is that those 10 things do not apply to intelligent Christians who know what they are talking about. Those things you listed are things of the blind Christian.

If you say those things apply to all Christians, you are generalizing, no matter what kind of backward semantical response you give.

ANYWAYS... Reality... just say that it doesn't apply to all Christians. Say it and we can move on. Whether you're intending to or not, you are offending a lot of Christians. Maybe it is people just percieving that you're are generalizing. It doesn't matter. You haven't said anything to discredit that claim so why should anyone believe that you aren't?
