Ok here is why the bible is real
1. If you are a christian, Jesus said the Bible was reliable, the ot
2. Prophecies made in the old testament came true in the new
3. Archaeology has confirmed the bible. There have been thousand's of discoveries made that confirm the truth of the bible, and not a single one has refuted it
4. Historical documents have confirmed the bible. there are more early Greek manuscripts for the New testament than for any other book from the ancient world.
5. The bible is the most influencial book in the world. The Bible has been translated into more languages, published more copies, and influenced more lives than any other book in the world.
6. The bible has amazing unity amid great diversity, even though there were 35 authors and it was in 2 languages and it took place over 1600 years (1500 B.C.-100 A.D.)
But the thing to remember is that even though the bible is infallible, we put total faith in Jesus, because he is the foundation of our faith.

Here is evidence that shows the absurdity of the Christian Bible:
Joshua 10:12-13 Then spake Joshua to the Lord in the day when the Lord delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel, and he said in the sight of Israel, Sun, stand thou still upon Gibeon; and thou, Moon, in the valley of Ajalon. And the sun stood still, and the moon stayed, until the people had avenged themselves upon their enemies. Is not this written in the book of Jasher? So the sun stood still in the midst of heaven, and hasted not to go down about a whole day.
Here the sun and the moon have been commanded to stand still in the sky, giving Joshua’s army more daylight to get it's killing done. This would be a great miracle to occur, if not for the fact that the sun does not move. The sun may be zipping through the galaxy at roughly 600,000 miles per hour, but relative to the earth, the sun is a stationary object. Of course, this great “miracle” supposedly occurred during a time when all the visible objects in the sky were thought to be revolving around the earth. Today, we know this is not the case. The author of this verse was unaware of this fact, and thought that this act of stopping the sun's motion in the sky would show God's great power.

Back to absurdities:
These are just a few of the atrocities committed by a supposedly omnibenevolent god:
Numbers 31:17-18 Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.
Exodus 12:29 And it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the cattle.
****I wonder why Pharaoh did not die. He himself was a firstborn.
Samuel 15:3 Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
The Christian Bible is a piece of fictitious literature and that's the truth, sorry to bust your bubble.
