God reveals himself to all (in the bible, to lazy to look it up, if you really want the passage I can go look for it) so therefore if you reject Him and don't believe that Jesus is God and died for your sins. Then your consequences for your actions are that you go to hell.

But God (or "Truth") is revealed in a lot of religious text, not just the Bible. How can you tell which one is right?
But saying "you rejected him" is a loaded statement, as there was nothing to reject. God didn't give the person any reason to believe, with evidence or otherwise

Also, I think your definition of "discipline" is incorrect. I think the most accurate definition is "training that corrects, molds, or perfects the mental faculties or moral character". Hell does not allow this. Therefore it is just torture, not discipline
