Posts: 2,372    | For me, the biggest obstacle to overcome while making a team, was finding people that each contemplate the others playing style. Sure, your teammates might be sick-nasty slayers, but you need someone with that objective mindset to truly make your team shine. Another thing that Bond touched on, is the anger management. You may think that because you don't smash your controller after you lose or get out-smarted that you know how to control your feelings, but it's about realizing that everyone makes mistakes and learning about how you can build upon that. On XBL I get angry a lot of the times because of the sh.t that happens (lag, sh.tty connections), but on LAN when I die or get "screwed over" it was of something that I could control. Be that I made a bad decision, or simply missed a BR shot. Staying positive throughout an entire game will only make you play better.
