Natural Affinity is looking for a decent forth. We've tried out over 15 people so far so if you're not sure you're dedicated or good enough don't bother. We're all very solid players that mesh well with each other.

Requirements
48+ Highest Skill (no exceptions)
Be able to make practice (7/8-9/10pm est)
Good Communication (knows callouts and is very vocal)
Must be willing to learn from others and give/receive criticism.
Doesn't get frustrated with teammates. ( we call get pissed off and yell justas long as it isn't torwards your teammate )

You sir are correct. This is to reduce the amount of lesser players trying out; making it easier for us to find the better ones. We've tried out numerous 45-47s and they were just not up to par with our standards. Now please troll some other thread because I don't want this one to turn into a "skill doesn't matter or does" debate.
