I will answerIMPORTANT: This team will start working in 10 days... during the 10 days, I will be writing names down, keeping in contact with the players via Phone/E-mail. The reason for the 10 days is because Im in a career college atm, I get out in 10 days.. After that I'll have plenty of time to be with the team.. basically 24/7 lol. I cannot play Xbox live here at my Career College (jobcorps) So I need a bit of time.. Going to the top is one of my objectives.. and I have had this dream ever since I started playing video games.. I am very skilled.. The best in Jobcorps (Fact.) And I need a team to help get there.. I will help the team, and the team will help me.. Ok let me get on topic about the team--I'm a good Main Slayer, I need teammates, I'm looking for-- 1: First and foremost, All the Players on the team MUST be able to BR well.. All Need to know the MLG Maps. All Must be able to place themselves in another team-mates position ONLY when Necissary. A Support Player- The Support Player needs to Communicate Well and be able to keep his/her eyes on his/her team mates, Help out the Objective Player and the Main Slayer. They need to be Encouraging and be able to call good plays out to there team mates. The Objective player needs to understand the roles of the team, and Needs to be in places when the team needs them there. The Support Player would be mainly using the BR, and the Carbine. And would have more shots fired than any other player. An Objective Player- The objective player, needs to concentrate mainly on the objective at hand.. They need to put the objective over anything else.. They are usually the ones who have the most deaths, and the least kills, but only because of the objective. They need to be able to mainly Melee and have wits in close battles. The Objective player would most likely be using the Mauler/Shotgun. The last and foremost.. - The Captain... After trying out with everyone who wants to work with the team I want to build.. I would like to have a sit down with the team.. even if its more than 4 people, You will all have roles.. After playing a few matches, the Main roles will be picked to the best ones that would be suitable for that role.. Before or After all the roles have been handed out.. The captain must be decided.. THE CAPTAIN- Must be able to handle it all.. needs to decide certain strategys for different maps, needs to be able to do all of the Main Jobs that the team can do.. Needs to be able to be hard on the team (But not to hard...) and Must have the ability to do all of the above if needed... (Must be a damn good player.) (This team is going to start out on team building.. and then register with Gamebattles.. Work our way up the Ladder and see where it goes from there.. Maybe even start working on the Pro Circuit...We are starting from scratch boys/girls. And if everyone plays hard, we could make our way to the top...)
