I'm looking for more monitors though, so if you guys have suggestions for monitors that the information is out there for, i will gladly take a look at em and put them up there if they are good. |
- I know what Input lag is, was just asking because various independant hardware sites will have varying results, you can't just trust the results of 1 hardware site no matter how good their methods of testing and reputation.
- Iiyama's always score at the top of the pack for input lag values, so even if you can't find exact values for input lag, you can assume they are low. I've also seen various hardware sites claim the ProLite E2002WS-1 has 0ms of input lag. Not sure on the ProLite E2209HDS-1 though.
- Samsung 226bw is a no no. While its a very good monitor if you get a Samsung made panel in it, its a dire monitor if you get one with an AU Optronics panel or CMO panel in it. And you can't tell which one you have until you get it, its like a lottery with the 226bw. That also voids most hardware tests on it because its all dependant on panel, and the AU/CMO panels are dire in comparison to Samsung panels for input lag, color fidelity, backlighting, etc. And you are more likely to get a 226bw A or C than S.
