Sorry for not responding to the answers, and thanks for the help Rvideo and everyone else. The problem was fixed, it happened to be that something was hardwired wrong or something, I have no idea but its good now.

I am having problems with my modem for Verizon. My modem has a solid green power light, E1 light, wireless, and DSL light. However, my modem's internet light isn't on at all, and will occasionally be red.

Here's a few things that I'd like to mention, before anyone offers advice:

I have checked all the wires, they are plugged in correctly.
I have the DSL filters installed properly.
I have powercycled the modem.
I've tried unplugging everything and plugging it back in.
I've talked to at least 5 different Verizon representatives and all of them say the same thing, I've done everything with the modem's homepage at 192.168.1.1 and nothing works.
Verizon's line tests work.
The only thing I get from Verizon is someone telling me that I'll get a 24-48 hour phone call explaining the problem, I only get an automated message every 48 hours telling me to wait longer.

My computer cannot communicate with my modem and vice versa. The only way I can get to the modem is from hooking up my Xbox live adapter from my computer to my modem. Do you think that I could get Xbox live if everything says it works with the Xbox?

I really need to get this thing working. Any help would be huuuugely appreciated.

Red internet light means that your not passing network authentication... Check the DSL username/PW and make sure they are right. If it gives you an error, post it, and ill be able to help you out. I worked for Bellsouth/ATT as a business tech rep.

Also, try and ENABLE UPNP if possible (check the box as seen in image below)

Note that this particular model needs to be plugged straight into the wall DSL jack - do NOT use a filter for this model (filters are internal). Install noise filters for other phone devices in the house.
