If you don't know what Coachella is already, it is the biggest annual music festival in the U.S. It happens every year in late April/early May. It's over 100 musical acts from all over the world, spread out over 3 days. It's in Indio, California, so if you live on the west coast I highly suggest you try to make it this year.

Anyway, here's the line up.

I definitely wish I lived in California; for that weekend. I'd go on Saturday for Muse and The Mars Volta and go on Sunday for The Postal Service and Serj Tankian. I'll take living in Wisconsin, though. Many concerts/festivals around my area during spring/summer. Such a great time of the year.

WOW, they already released the Coachella line-up? DAMN. Bonnaroo should be soon. Oh, and Bonnaroo is bigger and better than Coachella. Hands down. Bonnaroo's line-up was better than Coachella's last year despite Bonnaroo having Tool and Coachella have Rage Against the Machine.

Great bands/artists: David Bowie, My Bloody Valentine, The Verve, The National, Black Lips, Jens Lekman, Aphex Twin.

Wow, Saturday blows. There are literally no good bands booked for Saturday. Radiohead is ok I guess.

David Bowie and My Bloody Valentine are the only real stand outs to me- those would be MUST SEES for me if I was going to attend Coachella. Overall, very disappointing. This probably means that Bowie and MBV will not be at Bonnaroo though, which makes me sad. Coachella keeps up the trend of booking subpar music. That is why they will never be considered the best festival in the US. Thats what it really comes down to.

Where did you get this lineup by the way? It seems way to early and I don't see any official places that have it posted.

Since I didn't get to make it to Coachella to see RATM this year, I will go to 08's Music festival, Armin Van Buren, Goldfrapp, Muse, Queens of the Stone Age, The Chemical Brothers amongst many, many great artists...I'm so f..king there, Three-day pass, you WILL be mine

That looks like a cool festival. I saw Reverend Horton Heat (front row), Muse (front row), and Bob Dylan (like 30 ft away) at Austin City Limits.

They haven't even posted a line up on the Coachella Official Myspace or Website. I don't think this is real. However, I'm almost 100% sure My Bloody Valentine will be there.

Saturday there are tons of good bands. In YOUR OPINION there aren't. Its about preference, not who you think is good and bad.

All days to me look good, bowie, queens of the stone age, muse, the verve, and tons of other solid bands.
