I noticed you said that capturing with an S video cord produces better quality, so this means that having RCA cables going from the TV to the A/V pack and then S video to the Cap card would produce less quality?

No idea... SVideo is i think, the highest quality of video cable around (Monster SVideo is just ZOMG!)

It also costs the most...

hey is it possible to plug the composite cables (red white and yellow cords into the audio and video out plugs while having the red yellow and white ones plugged into the a/v in. will that work to record or do i have to get an advanced av?

Hi there mate. Basically im having a little trouble setting up my montage stuff. Basically i have bout about 7 cables now and i still cant get it freeking working. Would it be cool if you added me to msn or somthing and spoke to me about it. Also i could send you pics oif the cables i've already got and then i will know where im going wrong.
