That's just your computer. You have insufficient memory. Turn off all non-necessary processes and programs when recording. Then set your recording program's priority to real time.

When I set it to real time and play it...It goes ultra fast...Like a 10 minute clip of recording is like 45 seconds.


I think its the ATI TV...Can I record using Studio 9 or Vegas or another program.

Use VirtualDub.

I love you. I have had the ATI for some time now but I just read this, bought everything and hooked it up. I tried recording with the ATI TV, but for some reason it never works. Then I tried VDub and it rap3s. The quality pwns too.

I definately reccommend this. Thanks Pan1c.

I cant seem to find a store who has a XBOX Advance AV Pack, Audio In Piece, and Audio Splitters ive tried radioshack, best buy, circuit city, comp usa, eb games, gamestop, and more. WTF!

All of those stores should have advanced av packs because I got mine from eb games. Did you ask someone at the store where they are? Becuase i can't imagine going to that many stores and not finding atleast 1 advanced av pack.

3. Plug both RED AV CABLES into the RED AUDIO SPLITTER. Make one cable run into the TV, and one cable run into the AUDIO IN PIECE.
4. Plug both WHITE AV CABLES into the WHITE AUDIO SPLITTER. Make one cable run into the TV, and one cable run into the AUDIO IN PIECE.
5. Plug the YELLOW AV CABLE into the ADVANCE AV PACK one on end, and the TV on the other end.
6. Plug the S-VIDEO CABLE into the ADVANCE AV PACK one on end, and the WONDER PRO BOX on the other end.
8. Plug the AUDIO IN PIECE into the RED MICROPHONE JACK on your COMPUTER.

You should be good to go from here.


i have the same capture card and everything....

but mine was nothing like that....

i spent the 70 dollars, got a 20 dollar mail in rebate...

and bought one little splitter that was 4 dollars.

grand total


54 dollars (without tax)

(thats 68 dollars less then what you spent)
