Help with my Cap Card 08-03-2008

Well I recently bought a Dazzle Video Creator Plus usb capture card or w/e and the quality is not up to my standards exactly.

I was wondering if anyone a way of improving the capture quality.

Also, I have tried vDub and the video shows, but the sounds is not captured. Anyway of fixing this?
