EDIT: My questions were answered, Thanks Kblocker. This thread can be closed.

Okay so I've decided to step up and buy a much better quality capture card, and I've heard great things about the ATI TV Wonder Pro, but I've also heard, they do not sell it anymore, so I went to eBay, and found a few, but first I need to know a few things about them.
  • Ive seen in an image of what comes with an ATI TV Wonder Pro, that there is, what looks like, something that you would have to internally install into your computer, but there is also some things that look like external devices, which connected by USB. You can see them in the image below.
  • What I wanted to know is, are these all optional devices (so I can choose which one to use), or do they all need to be installed?
  • This is the image with all the package contents, (read the point above).
  • I've heard that the software is not very good, but I've heard that in can be captured in V-Dub, I just need confirmation whether it can or not.
  • I know the quality is good, but is it easy to achieve great quality with these capture cards?

If anyone can help me out, that would be great.

Thanks for reading.

yeah man that ati is perfect for amazing quality

you will also want to get the s-video cable or the 360 when you capture for higher quality

capturing in vdub is essential for this product

in the stickied threads there are many things you can use to learn how to set up your cap card
