If you didn't know, a 'capture-er' is someone who will use a capture card to get your clips onto the computer so you can do whatever you wish with them.

Search around the videos section for Capturing Services. If you have your clips captured, more people will be inclined to edit for you.

EDIT: You might also want to use proper grammar and punctuation when on the forums. You come off as a more mature member, and people will respect that you take the time to type correctly.
