With mine the back end wassn't fully in..

Make sure you make sure the back end of the pci is fully into the slot..

then your computer should be able to reckognize it

And if it is a vision tek you have to download the drivers right from visiontek.

But like Best Buy installed it when i have them the parts to the computer but ill check again.
