Does this work with the 650 Pci?
because im having troubles with it.

That card has it's own drivers for Vista, try using them. If they don't work then I don't know.

Vdub says it does not recognize the drivers or something like that.

Does this solution work for the USB 2.0 because I'm using it in the UK were we operate with PAL so would I have difficulties working it since an NTSC_M device?
