| | it's just video. Your computer doesn't know it was captured through component, and frankly it makes no difference. However, what are your settings for compression?

| | When you render, you till always loose quality. Bit rate determines how much you will loose. Render in Default template, but then go to custom, change that to Best. Then at the bottom there will be tabs: go to video and there will be a slider bar. Set that to 87% if you are going to be posting a clip. Set it to 95% (or the nearest it will go) when you render it for saving for a montage (higher bit rate, higher quality, larger)
