I have a mac and I use the capture card ADVC-110. It's pretty expensive compared to other capture cards ($250-$350 in stores) but it has good quality. You can buy one at the Apple store.

Sony Vegas 7 is not compatible with any type of Mac.

After Effects is, but Adobe trials are currently down until July 1st. The OP was smart enough to save the file and give everyone the download link, but there is no Mac one there. So the short answer is...

No Sony Vegas
AAE 7 Trial you'll have to wait for.
