i STILL cant get the drivers to install, ive tried everything that i can think of...am i the only one that has this problem??

ok im having a problem also ii get the setup to come up and install it then it asked to restart and i do. After i restart i tried to record and its not one of the options what is wrong with it?

it goes through the whole setup and restart but then when i check if the drivers installed theyre not there...
