try going to capture>timing...and make sure that the button labeled: "Do not resync between audio and video streams" is NOT checked. on mine i have the one 2 below that "Sync audio to video by resampling the audio to a faster or slower rate". try that, it might fix it

EDIT2** I found what causes the problem. When you have "Allow audio play back" on that causes the whole problem.

I followed the tut word for word, and when I go to preview acceleration and put it on both fields I just get a green screen I was wondering if someone could help me out with this.

I drop frames in VDub. I don't know why when my PC's specs are sufficient.

ok i followed this tut and my qual looks good but when i go into preview accelerated - both fields i get these black or sometimes green horizontal lines in my video.

i dont know y? any ideas?

check ur video cables, there might be somethin loose. and if ur using s-video, check the end and the little metal pins, make sure none of them are bent or missing. hope that helps

or, it might be somethin with the capture pin. go to video>capture pin, and check those settings, it is possible somethin didnt get saved or u accidentally clicked the wrong thing on one of thesettings
