Well he was going to go to India to see his family but the flight had to take a crazy detour to Nicaragua because there were some problems with the airport in india so that was the reason for detouring. I suppose due to their location in the air Nicaragua was the best choice to land. I haven't heard much, but he's on his laptop on the free wireless that the terminal supplies. Don't know when he'll be back either.
It's like "Where's Waldo?" but less annoying since there is no dog involved.

Service on his phone would be pretty rare if he doesn't have a global calling service. They have internet but just in the terminal, most likely the "richer" areas have internet but who knows what region he could be in.
