The reason i liked it it because not only the amazing syncing he had and the good quality.......but it was because he took a different approach and made a montage that would like sort of calm you and not get you pumped like the other ones out there. It might be unusual for some people, but for others they like the sudden change from heart pumping montages. I'm not saying he deserved to advance( not flaming him because he could have had better gameplay which is what everyone wanted and expected) because to me.....it wasn't his best......all people did that didn't want to or had time to watch the montages were like........" Halogod? I know him... he rapes!!!" and then they voted for him.

Ok first of all Shooks montage, I think, has been way more controversial because with his, the gameplay was just as average, if not more...and his editing I think sucked ass (with that retarded dancing guy partway through it and showing clips way too long etc..).

Also, Halzred made a thread explaining why his gameplay wasnt too good, and if you actually look at the kinds of kills he amazingly edits, his gameplay is worse the TheHaloGods.

I personally loved TheHaloGod's montage, but I can easily agree that his gameplay is one of the weakest in the contest. His editing is great; it compliments the gameplay and the song (which I also love because it is very different and you would NOT associate it with a montage, typically).

Obviously, everyone has different opinions, but I dont vote based on popularity because Titan is my fav montage maker and I only voted for him and Maddog one round. It is understandable why many people would be confused on why people would like TheHaloGod's montage, but I just love the song and love the feel of it.

Yeha wtf was up with those dnacing guys in shooks, I was like wow, you just made me hate this thing.....in terms of gameplay i think shook and halogods were par with eachother, the advantage going to shook, because I like sni[per kills better than sticks, and shook ahd a lot of snipe kills

i liked halogods because it did have amazing sticks, i thought the music was a nice touch, we've all heard enough rock in montages. his montage struck me as a more sophisticated, thought-out entertainment, plus quality was amazing. this all adds up to an entertaining montage, likewise with the no-scopes. im not all hard-core like "not enough multi-kills, omg there was matchmaking."

Because the little guy from mortal combat pops in and says WHOOPSY.

I always like the comedy in his montages.
