do you think the montage contest is becoming a popularity contest in many people's eyes now? I don't know why people like halo god and shook are getting so many votes (probably name value) when there are montages like arkive's reid's and itwasluck's out there.

edit: i forgot to include chris the hippie's and luketrocity's (seriously 2 of my favorites ever)

Itwasluck reid and arkive are the top 3 in the contest which is prolly a mix of popularity and how good their montage was...but if it was about how known they are there is nothing we can do about it

i do think that they are getting votes based off their names. i mean i know i couldn't do any of the things they did in their videos but it seems like they've put out better ones in the past to me (though i really do enjoy the whoopee guy from mortal kombat in the halogod's). i actually thought luketrocity's was really good just cuz of the sticks from the warthog but i don't think it made it. sadness.

if people know them and play with them then of course they are going to vote for them which is why the lower montages are getting most of the votes. but for people who do care about how good the montage are and are picking the best players then they are
