NO gameplay compares to him. All lucks kills were pretty much on pros so that adds a factor.

Well in a way yes, but at the same time no, the best tages made it to teh final round

BTW, chris the hippies montage was HORRIBLE, the editing only made it half decent, the Gameplay was just horrible

but i agree with Luketrocity's that tage is AMAZING, but it just didnt have what it took.

Popularity plays a huge part in the contest. If an unknown player had itwasluck's montage except on H2F members I don't even know if he would've made it to the finals. Itwasluck- pro, plays with pros, sponsored, known by everybody.

i think its pretty obvious that a person's name has a LOT to do with the outcome of the contests.

Montage Contest 1:
Dymdez won, even though the footage wasnt super liek Sexorcist or as entertaining as Northwests.

Montage Contest 2:
Titan VIII's third montage still is one of my favs today... but somehow it lost to 2 montages filmed in matchmaking, in snipers games (with 2 snipes to kill clips), and lame double snipes on ascension... Halogod and Vrbas... how did they get that far. I think the fact that Titan was somewhat of an asshole played into his loss.

Montage Contest 3:
Now, i'm not trying to get on Titan's d.ck or anything... but he clearly should've won that contest hands down. Itwasluck and SHOOK beat him out. HOW i say, shooks footage was not on par at all and luck's where single snipes in sanc snipes games. PLUS Titan's amazin editing is still unequaled. Its apparent that Titan should've won the third contest and i think a lot of people agree with me on that one.

Montage Contest 4:
This one i think was a popularity contest to an extent. For example, Oscarmayerninja had some of the best footage but he got beat out by arkive and halzred. No offence to them, they had great montages but i think what they have done for the halo community played into people's votes for them. Itwasluck's and reid's however deserved to be up there cuz they simple had some of the best footage. done and done.
