I'm not gunna call it BS. I had to return 4 wired controllers because they would shoot and throw grenades without me pushing any buttons. In the pregame lobby, it would also switch between the first and the last person on the list (which is what Lt and Rt do in the lobby). I finally found one that worked.

My only complaint with my brand new Wired is that the D-pad still sucks just as much as they have since the 360 came out. Doesn't really matter for Halo, but they're f.cking terrible.

A few wireless that I have bought have come with really weird bumpers as well -- too easy to press down, they don't "click" like they're supposed to, etc. This is extremely annoying when trying to play bumper jumper.

As for the sticks, I haven't ever noticed any problems.

I've had my wired controller for about 2 months now. I'm pretty sure it's broken in and it still does it sometimes. Also, controllers (apparently) do random things sometimes (mine nades randomly and other's do other things), so don't call it BS just because you happen to experience no problems with yours.
yea mine shoots randomly the first time it did it i was playing MM and i had a Sniper and it just shot off 3 shots one of them blew up a barrel and nearly killed me. my teammates were just like yea right, BS, etc. but why in the hell would i just waste 3 sniper shots and 2 rockets?
