| | Turn up your sensitivity. I believe the wired controllers are less reactive then the wireless if that could have anything to do with what your saying. My wireless is dying out and is starting to drift to the right a little on the right stick. I don't think they're made as well as the wireless. | |||||

Posts: 1,140 | I just picked up a used set from Gamestop that were cleaned and pretty much new. I swapped the thumbsticks with my S sticks and took out the motors. My friend's getting a new one and I might have to send him to the used section if this is really a problem. | |||||

| | Lucky you. And to the person who dropped their controller in a pee soiled toilet... in fact. I have nothing to direct towards you... except confusion... My friend has a wired controller that shoots at the begenning of games. Both my sticks can get jammed slightly to the left, it's difficult for me to not slowly strafe to the left. My aim stick isn't affected so much but I ponder how the inconsistencies that are there effect my play... generally for the most part my controllers are fine. I really do not look forward to getting a faulty controller when I eventually get a wired. I'm still on my limited edition green controller i got with my halo bum-boy console.

| | Okay Guys, so i love how i've read all of the posts in this thread, about how every person has the same problem, but no one has said how to fix it besides sensitivity lollol. Sorry that just made me laugh. ![]() Anyways, I have 2 wireless controllers an just got an customized my new wired controller, which is what i suggest everyone else in doing. If you're sticks are slow to a certain side, it's mainly b/c the stick isn't properly placed in the socket thingy, or something (other pads) in the controller are in the way. For wired controllers, just unscrew the screws on the back of it, YES there IS a HIDDEN screw under the skinny sticker. Take the front cover off, aline all the pads an buttons to there correct possition, blow off any dust, take off the sticks, replace them back, press them down pretty good, and carefully put the controller back together. For wireless... ehh i dont know if i would try taking it apart.. just get a Wired. MUCH MUCH more worth it. Now if you want to make a pro controller (like mine that i lovE) Try to find a Regular Xbox Controller, take it apart, get the thumbsticks out of it. Buy a wired controller, take it apart, take the thumbs out of that. Replace them with the Reg Thumbsticks(they are longer an not as jerky, for a better br), remove both viberators from each side(just pull down the little white peice hard), put it all back together carefully. Now, its lighter, no vib= better aim, new sticks=better aim, and there is no milli time delay from wireless configurations. Also, if you want to add a .5 to you're sensitivity, when in a lobby(or anywhere), press the Xbox button on ur controller once, click on you're gamertag(should be selected already) click game defaults, click the first option, then change the sensitivity to high. An there you go! sorry if that doesn't help :/ ![]() | |||||
