HD555's are neutral, light on bass and overall not very special at all. They have good soundstage which is why they're a good choice for gaming. If you're JUST gaming then get HD555's, because you won't notice the different between HD595's and HD555's in just gaming.
HD595's are a lot better though for music. The sound signature is basically the same, but they're just better. If you're going to listen to music you must get the HD595's, they're a lot better for music.
The HD650's are in a completely different league. They're high end and some of the best headphones you can buy for under $1,000. They sound different to HD595's -- they've got lots of bass and beautifully smooth mids. They make music sound special -- that's what I've read from most HD650 owners. Although, you need a good setup to drive the HD650's as they need a lot of currenty/voltage. You can't run them out of an iPod, they'll be at about 10% of their best and you won't get much volume. You need to put in well over $1000 in amps, cables and sources if you want to run them at their 100% best.
