Description:
Another map I have been working on. Collusion is a synonym for Collaboration, which is what this map was called while I was working on it. I made this map with a few of my favorite levels in mind so it is somewhat a collaboration of the maps. Not exact replicas of any parts of the maps, but hopefully you will atleast be able to see the resemblance. Sniper is located in a piece inspired by Pink Tower from midship. Active camo spawns directly underneith it. The middle is somewhat inspired by a Sanctuary-esque spot. Energy swored directly in the middle. The two bases are like the lift rooms in lockout. But they have 3 levels. Flag/Bomb spawn on level 2 and the man cannon can take you up to level 3. Level 3 connects to a catwalk which was inspired from Hang 'em High with a piece jutting out holding an Custom OS and a nice mauler. The Spartan Laser platform didn't really come from anything in particular.
So basically it is a collabortion of some of my favorite levels into one. I haven't really gotten a chance to play this map like I have wanted to. I really wanted to try and get a nice multi flag or assualt game going but sometimes it is hard to try and find 7 other cooperative people who are willing to help playtest. I placed 3 fence walls in the middle of the map in between the two bridges, which are inspired by midship somewhat, so that the bomb/flag carrier cant just jump across. Now you can still kind of jump across but it requires going around and by the time you jump you might as well had gone up the stairs. So it's not that I messed up in preventing you from jumping across. It is just supposed to be a tad bit more difficult.
This map still feels like it is missing something somtimes when I am forging it but I can never put my finger on it. Hopefully you guys can. Nothing more to say really, if you have any questions just ask.
