Staff Captains and Feild Majors?

Well im like 13 exp away from it.
My stats aren't amazing
1.03 ranked (I went through a phase where I didnt find ranked fun and didnt care and now I realized its almost the same as social.So im gonna probably get commander/colonel then stop caring again)
1.32 social
Sadly im one of the better captains which I guess thats not a compliment.
I go positive 9/10 and if I go negative its like -1 or -2
Im just not obsessed with rank because I dont play that often.
I have like 2000 games after almost 2 years.

Hahaha my friend and I made two accounts hes making a master sargent and im going for the staff captain plan on stopping at 29 in MLG and just rank it up to a 29 in every playlist then just play social so I dont hit a 30 oh yesss!

Because we WIN. If I sucked ass at a game, I wouldn't be playing it. as for Staff Captains, Ranked matches are more or less even because of the ranking system, so they get matched up with people of equal skill, ensuring that each game is exciting to some extent. That is probably why they play. Even if they aren't good, they have fun.

i used to be like that. I used to not know much about halo and just liked playing social becuase i thought ranked was really hard, so i would play social with my brother for fun. They will either eventually make a new account, or not, but probably eventualy play ranked more. And i get happy when i get a new highest skill, they might just be happy when they get a kill. So u never know

i would laugh if on 28 you won, and then went up 2 skill and became a 30

That was what happened to me on one of my alternates. I played one game on a 28 with 3 other 50's. It was actually on Blackout. I jumped to a 31. So now I am trying to get that account to a Field Major.

Most play just because they have nothing better to do, but aren't dedicated or have horrrrrrrrible hand-eye coordination.
