Personally it SUCKS, sorry to be a b..ch, and i know these topics are made all the time, but look at this

My clan member , we have a 10 win streak lose 2 win 3 lose 1 win 3 lose 1 still no level

...

Bungie needs to really sort it out

But then again i can see they've made it alot harder to level to 50, which is good but the team mate we had he had just turned 49 then we win 9 on the trot and he goes to 50

Any advice? apart from rape the oposite team

Stop making threads...just get a 50 and don't play matchmaking anymore. If your high experience its harder, get MVP every game, blah blah blah. I got my 50 in Team Slayer by winning against four 50's. It was my 5th win. So..

That good enough? still no level, i already have my 50 mate, just frustrating helping a mate for atleast 2 long hours and we get nothing out of it,
